The Campaign

“Found In Miami” is an invitation to travelers to explore, to discover, and most of all, to dive deeper into the city. It was created to present Miami as a destination with an energy that emboldens your senses, creativity and reveals a whole new side of you.

Submission Guidelines

We want to capture the soul and essence of the greater Miami area. This means keeping photography as authentic as possible. Here are a few things to keep in mind when submitting:

  • Ask yourself if your image reveals a hidden part of the city few people know about or shows the city from a new angle (i.e., you’ve never seen a
  •    photo like it?)
  • Avoid marketing clichés like overly-staged poses, models and images showing only one demographic
  • Avoid Instagram clichés like selfies and bird’s-eye photos
  • Feature genuine emotions, candid but in-focus photos and small details
  • Feature Miami-based photographers (and credit them) when you can

    Using #FoundInMiami

When using #foundinmiami there are a few simple rules to follow:

  • Use it with content that assists consumers in discovering lesser known “hidden gems” about your attraction or property or tells a piece your story
  •    that is unique and intriguing
  • Please only use #foundinmiami with a maximum of 2 other hashtags, not more
  • Please use it on Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest – not on Facebook; hashtags have little value on Facebook
